10. Shahi Paneer
Since I live in India the most familiar cheese is cottage cheese a.k.a paneer. I love it so much. If it is made right it can give you an awesome experience and I bet you'll become a fan afterward. Shahi paneer comes from the Indian Moghul cuisine. It is an aromatic curry that is prepared with paneer cheese, onions, almond paste, and a rich, spicy tomato-cream sauce. The dish is typically accompanied by Indian breads such as naan or roti. And ding ding ding paneer is very rich in protein.
9. Kraft Dinner
Fun Fact: Kraft Dinner is the national dish of Canada and it is the most purchased item in Canada. It is kinda like mac & cheese but in Canada. It is bite-sized tubular noodles and a briny, orange-colored, sweet and sour cheese sauce. Kraft Dinner or KD (also called macaroni and cheese in the USA) is cheap, fast, and easy to prepare.

7. Quiche au fromage
This baked goodie from France is a national treasure. It consists of a thin flaky pastry crust topped with an awesome cheese mixture. The traditional open tart usually makes use of classic cheese varieties such as Gruyère, Camembert, or Roquefort, which are blended into a creamy custard of eggs and milk or crème fraîche.
6. Cacio e pepe
I know, my mouth is watering too. This is actually a very old dish some might even call it ancient. Cacio e pepe consists of pasta (usually spaghetti), aged Pecorino Romano cheese, salt, and lots of ground black pepper.

Aligot is a French dish that is made using mashed potatoes, melted cheese, cream, and crushed garlic. This combination results in a creamy, elastic, and velvety mixture that is similar to fondue.
3. Khachapuri
This looks so unique, right?. This simple yet artistic cheese bread known as khachapuri is the most famous dish in Georgia. It is traditionally topped with melted cheese, eggs, and butter.
2. Poutine
Another Canadian classic. I love this stuff, Canadians know what I am talking about. The potatoes are more coarsely cut than regular fries, and they are sometimes even fried twice so that the exterior remains crispy while the interior remains soft, whereas the cheese does not melt but just softens, adding that special squeakiness to the dish and the gravy is made with either beef or chicken stock with the addition of vinegar.
1. Mac & cheese
How can I talk about cheese and not talk about mac & cheese? This was literally the childhood of many children in America. This loved American concoction includes curved macaroni pasta and Cheddar cheese, but modern varieties include various vegetables, crispy breadcrumb topping, or gourmet ingredients such as crab, lobster, or truffles.
